The first 30 days are especially important, and the right support during that window can make a meaningful difference in how someone adjusts, connects, and begins to feel at home.

Maybe they need help navigating activities, meeting staff, adjusting to the rhythm of the community, or speaking up when something doesn’t feel quite right.
