You Don't Have To Manage Your Family's Care Alone
Care Coordination And Legal Peace Of Mind, Together.
In Good Hands gives your family ongoing care coordination, with legal guidance built in through our partnership with Hammond Law Group. One trusted local advocate, one point of contact, every step of the way.
Care Plans Change. Legal Documents Often Don't Keep Up.
You Don’t Have to struggle alone
Most families end up juggling a care coordinator, an elder law attorney, and their own notes. Three separate relationships that don’t talk to each other. When a care plan shifts, the legal paperwork doesn’t always shift with it.
- Is your family’s care plan up to date with your legal documents?
- Would you know who to call first if something changed tomorrow?
- Are you piecing together advice from people who’ve never spoken to each other?
That gap tends to surface at the worst possible moment, during a hospitalization or crisis, when there’s no time left to fix it.

Every member is paired with a designated Life Care Planner who acts as your guide, advocate, and educator, and who works as part of an integrated team alongside Hammond Law Group attorneys whenever legal questions come up. That means your care plan and your legal plan are never being managed by two people who’ve never spoken.
- A designated Life Care Planner who coordinates your care, questions, and next steps
- Direct collaboration between your Life Care Planner and Hammond Law Group attorneys on legal planning matters
- Initial legal review of estate planning documents (Foundations), with ongoing legal guidance included as part of Signature and Concierge
- Guidance grounded in a Certified Dementia Practitioner-led team
A quick note on scope: Life Care Planners provide guidance, advocacy, and coordination, not hands-on medical care or legal representation in court. Matters like litigation, guardianship, or probate fall outside the program and would be handled under a separate agreement with Hammond Law Group, if needed. It’s a distinction we’re happy to walk through on a call.
Hammond Law Group is one of Colorado Springs’ most established estate and elder law firms. We partnered with them so your family gets trusted legal backing without adding another disconnected relationship to manage.
Meet Amber, Your Local Care Advocate
Amber founded In Good Hands to make sure no family navigates aging alone. She’s walked alongside families through placements, crises, and everyday care decisions, and built this membership so the support doesn’t stop once the first big decision is made.
When something changes (a diagnosis, a fall, a new need) Amber and your Life Care Planning team are already one call away.

Went Above and Beyond
“My Mom moved to Colorado to be closer to me. She was living in Independent Living, then Assisted, then Memory Care at 3 different facilities. I first met Amber when my sister and I were “interviewing” 9 different local facilities for the perfect fit for my Mom. Amber was one of the major deciding factors in us choosing her facility for our Mom. All my interactions with Amber thereafter were always amazing as Amber really put her heart and soul into making sure residents were well cared for, happy, busy with activities, and safe! It has always been evident that her bubbly personality is a direct link to her loving heart! She even went above and beyond and brought her motorcycle to the facility for my Mom to see, rev the engine, etc… knowing how much my Mom loved to ride in her past! Amber is a true treasure! I wouldn’t hesitate to put my full faith in her for myself and any family member that is looking for impeccable care!”
